The supreme cupping spoon that unleashes the barista's senses

Cupping involves a comprehensive judgment of multiple items such as coffee sweetness, acidity, bitterness, aroma, and aftertaste. Concentrate all your attention and evaluate the coffee in front of you. Nothing excessively designed is needed at that moment. ORIGAMI's goal was to create a supreme cupping spoon that does not interfere with the barista's senses, but rather liberates them.

The white cupping spoon evaluates coffee by looking at its water color, while the black cupping spoon hides the water color and focuses on the flavors.
